Block board production line(block board machine), mainly used in the furniture manufacturing, door panel, and wall board...etc. Outer layer of block board is face veneer, inner layer is called as barecore blocks, core layers is composed by glued blocks, and core blocks"wooden pattern"s direction is longitudinal. Compared with solid wood jointing, block board size is more stable, is not easy to deform, effectively overcome the anisotropy of wood, and has  high transverse strength. Due to strict adherence to the principle of symmetrical mat paving, and warping deformation of the board is effectively avoided. What is block board?
Blockboard is made up of a core of softwood strips. These strips may be up to about 25mm wide. The strips are placed edge to edge and sandwiched between veneers of hardwood. The sandwich is then glued under high pressure.
