Core Veneer getting from market

2. Cross-banded plies( manual core veneer forming and batching) Better manual composing Can also consider more automatic paving line solutions
Process for 2 times hot press /high quality film faced ply:it is 2 times hot press:procedure:Cold press,surface of plain board core repair and finishing, hot press, putty finishing, calibration sanding,and film face lamniation hot press.
1 time hot press film faced is normal or bad quality board
Process: core veneer forming and combine then directly go to hot press. Only One time hot press. Film face was laminated pessing when doing core veneer forming.
One time hot press film faced it is film laminating at hot pressing, film laminating is hot press.
